I'm speechless, this is seriously good.  I am really enjoying the book.  You need to publish sooner rather than later.

I can't thank you enough for giving me a "Proof" copy of your new novel "Native Crimes" to read when we met in the Charlotte Airport shop last Monday evening. The more I read, the less likely I felt like putting the book down. I thought the characters were well-developed and the fictional plot interwoven with historical facts about the Apache tribe and the plight of Native American tribes was very well done. You gave the reader just enough clues to guess what the outcome might be, but saved a few surprise plot twists to catch us off-guard toward the end - a plot guaranteeing that the reader won't want to put it down. I'm passing the book along to family members and friends whom I believe would be interested in reading it.

Before reading the book my knowledge of how Native American tribes were treated by the US Government during the nineteenth century was limited. I knew they were mistreated, but was shocked regard the magnitude of the tragedy. I now realize that the history books we read as young people were sometimes revisionist, glossing over much of the history you describe in your book. Thanks for opening my eyes!

I love suspense and action and this one has both in spades! Fast paced with a great story line makes this a book that's hard to put down. Lots of historical reference that was brought into perspective by leading the reader back and forth from the past to the present. The end comes with a dramatic and pleasing conclusion! Would recommend to historians and action lovers alike.

Wow! Best book I've read since John Grisham's "The Firm" in college - and I liked "Native Crimes" even better!! Compelling story with characters that evoked real emotion. Loved the rich historical landscape and the way it was so effortlessly woven into a modern day journey. It was like the book covers were made of glue - could NOT put it down.

Captures your attention immediately. Hard to put down. Descriptive writing

Couldn't wait to find out the "why" he did it. I was up late more nights than I care to admit because I wanted to find out what happened next. Lol. I bought one for my friend at work who loves mysteries. Great job Steven Wright
